Gift cards and codes Each code is unique and cannot be exchanged once delivered for choosing the wrong region, value or a change of mind. If a code is invalid or cannot be redeemed, open an after-sales request on the order and we will replace or refund it after checking.

Subscriptions Subscriptions are covered for their stated term. If one stops working early, open an after-sales request on the order and we will extend or compensate for the remaining days after checking.
